Yeah it’s so unusual when a giant tech companies support asks for proof of defect instead of just being like „oh okay but you better pinky promise something is wrong with your Deck!“. What are you even trying to say?

The regular with the Samsung display

Hands down simply increasing the color intensity makes the LCD screen not bad at all suddenly. Sure, it was fine even before that, but it honestly almost looked washed out to me especially compared to an OLED screen.
