For me, daily exercise made a huge difference. I’ve always been overweight and struggled with weight, ate too much, didn’t exercise regularly. Last year I dropped from 250 to 175, just eating less calories and daily workouts. Every day. My resting HR is now in the 40’s, and it comes down quickly after a workout.
Wait, so that means all that was needed was to swap those 2 wheels corner for corner. Hope they didn’t actually dismount anything because if they did, that was a lot of unnecessary work and waste of your time.
I think move calories is basically just calories burned from your daily movements, over and above just what it takes to be sedentary living. Then active calories is what’s burned during actual workouts, or maybe when HR is above a certain level.
