1·3 years agoI’m actually ok with the punt on our last drive. Field position has been huge this game and there’s still a lot of time left.

1·3 years agoSome of y’all are almost as insufferable as my team. Bryce isn’t anything special (yet) but I beg you please watch the film of our play calling, lack of WR separation, and our shit OLine and you’ll see how little he has to work with

1·3 years agoHere’s the ruling straight from the NFL Rulebook of a muffed fair catch for anyone who’s still whining:
Item 3. Muff. After a valid fair-catch signal, the opportunity to catch a kick does not end if the ball is muffed. The player who signaled for a fair catch must have a reasonable opportunity to catch the muffed ball before it hits the ground without interference by members of the kicking team, and regardless of whether the ball strikes another player or an official.
Penalty: For interference with the opportunity to make a fair catch after a muff: A fair catch is awarded at the spot of the interference even if the ball is not caught.
Wayyyyy too many chug options. If we played this during the colts game we would have:
3 & outs: 3
Indy TD: 3
Young Sacked: 3
Young Pick: 3
Panthers Fumble: 1
No TD during RedZone trip: 0 (no redzone trips lol)
Panthers Lose: 1
That’s 14 beers, 13 if you remove one from the Panthers TD. That’s not even including the take a drink options. It’s a Thursday game as well haha

1·3 years agoBaker getting shaker (sorry I’m off da gummies)
Please help me I beg you.
16 man league, 0.5ppr, I’m 8-2. 8 man playoffs start Week 15. Need to trade for a TE because I lost Mark Andrews last night and have no backup. I also only have 2 WR’s worth anything (Dhop and Tyler Lockett). I consider elite TE’s very valuable in a league this deep, as well as my own personal strategy, so I wanted to snag a good replacement. I have 4 very good RB’s (Josh Jacobs, De’von Achane, Gus Edwards, and David Montgomery) for a league this deep so I had a few trades in mind. I ordered the trades in what I believe to be the best value trade for me (#1) vs the worst (#6):
Trade #1
I Give: Gus Edwards, David Montgomery, Tyler Lockett
I Receive: Tyreek Hill, Sam LaPorta
Trade #2
I Give: De’von Achane, David Montgomery
I Receive: Tyreek Hill, Sam LaPorta
Trade #3
I Give: De’von Achane, Gus Edwards
I Receive: Tyreek Hill, Sam LaPorta
Trade #4
I Give: Josh Jacobs, Gus Edwards
I Receive: Tyreek Hill, Sam LaPorta
Trade #5
I Give: Josh Jacobs, David Montgomery
I Receive: Tyreek Hill, Sam LaPorta
Trade #6
I Give: Josh Jacobs, De’von Achane
I Receive: Tyreek Hill, Sam LaPorta
Notes: The person I’m trading with also has a decent backup TE he can play instead of LaPorta. I doubt he would take trade #1, but who knows so I put it up there. I could make some more scenerios with DHop but I like him over Lockett for the rest of the season/playoffs. I’m almost a lock for the playoffs as well based on standings. Last thing to add would be that I think Gibbs is going to fully take over the Lions run game, and Gus may start to return to the mean by the time playoffs roll around.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk
Sincerely, A Hurting Panthers Fan
