I think Bryce will be great, been a Panthers fan since day 1. Can’t wait to see what year 3/4 is going to look like when we can get away from this power run line and get more pass protection.
One one hand, this is nice. On the other, his aDOT is 6.4 and DFL in the league amongst QB1s. He’s ahead of Bagent and DeVito and behind everyone else. So he better be pretty GD accurate if he’s dinking and dunking all day.
In response those who suggest this is insignificant because most of the passes are short(ish), I’ve seen him thread needles on even some of those short to mid passes that caused me to go, “Oh, wow.” This seemingly insane accuracy is not just the product of a bunch of short passes.

On a tangential note, I watched a little bit of the Cincy v Ravens game last night. Their receiving talent and offensive line play makes it look like they’re from Krypton compared to the Panthers. It’s almost like watching a different game. Yikes.
