Yuumi’s entire design is a mistake. It’s not a surprise that they can’t properly rework the awful concept. Can anyone even explain why a player should be able to acquire a high rank without having to have their hands on a keyboard? It’s crazy because if you think of Abathur’s design, who essentially gets a Yuumi-esque ability, he is completely fair and balanced. He can be killed; he requires macro and micro decision making to succeed; he requires constant map awareness; his abilities have counterplay; and his ultimate forces him to have other in-game knowledge.

Seeing this, what the fuck is Yuumi aside from pure buffing through scaling and E alone. I mean that was her entire kit pre-rework. Her Q and R are annoying to deal with, but it’s the massive E healing, buffing and shielding that fucked you up and you couldn’t kill Yuumi to stop it.

It’s not Riot’s job to change human beings, and Riot is proved wrong here because pings were never a problem and it’s not pings being used to send death threads. Pings prevented the death threats.

When is Riot going to stop policing normal communication between human beings and give us voice chat so people can take accountability for their inting, afking and feeding? If they don’t like it they can mute.

How is it that Smite, DotA2, PubG, Apex, Valorant (LOL people go insane on the VC here), CoD, OW, Paladins, CS:GO all have voice chat, but League doesn’t? How is it that Riot is so behind on the curve when it comes to player communication and pretends VC has never been implemented before in a MOBA? You know why? Because Rioters go int games and get mad when they get called out.

Lies of P devs, FromSoftware, Larian Studios, CD Project Red, tons of indie devs and small teams trying to give so much back to the players through their games, but only billion dollar companies who treat the community like garbage get recognized. Riot Games might as well rename themselves to Creative Assembly, Bungie, EA or Todd Howard.

Akshan has the most toxic passive in the game. This is years after Riot removed Revive summoner spell and Aatrox’s revive because they thought revives were toxic to the game.

Why is it that when the community asks for some reasonable changes to the game, Rioters ignore everyone. But when the vocal minority sends tons of death threats, changes happen?
