I have a picture in 4th grade (12 years old) where the girls in my class were taller than the boys. As soon as we hit puberty in the 6th grade we started growing immensely. Now I’m 191cm tall.

No way this will be like this.
I would definitely use the ball 99% of the time outdoors. You would be surprised how many people come on courts with a 6 sized ball, but yea 7 size it’s still a majority on courts. Still I think that a 6 sized ball fits much better at least for me.
Yea but like 99% of pros were definitely above 6.3 ft tall which most definitely means larger hand size. FIBA 3x3 uses a 6 size ball and those guys are tall as well. Yea I grew up using 7, but 6 fits much better at least for me.
Yea true I agree, but we should also consider that most professional players are like 6.4 ft (196-197cm) tall (minimum average) which also means their hand is larger. I mean you are right about the authentic size of the ball, but how realistic is it when most people who play recreative basketball are below 6.2 ft tall. Anyways thanks for replying!
Tbh training like this will benefit more Alcaraz than Djokovic. Physically Alcaraz is better than Djokovic considering the age gap, so clearly physicality isn’t the problem, Djokovics game is the problem.
And Djokovic didn’t do that as well?
So the list is bs?
If he is healthy I can see him in the top 10 again. He has the game, but can his body hold that is the question.
Far from choking. Novak simply outplayed and outlasted him. Great match btw, would argue the best clay match in the last 6-7 years.
