Never played older ES games as I can’t get into them cuz of the graphics however Skyrim was pretty awesome at the time but gameplay was very mediocre and has aged terribly. And that was already like 300 hours. I’m not even sure I want to do that again and Elden ring was 10 times better than ES6 can be. Not to mention a bunch of other great games

In my childhood sonic was definitely my favorite other than ratchet and jak, played like 10 sonic games. Never liked Mario or Zelda at all but I did like Kirby and Spyro as well

Souls like are definitely my favorite games by far despite initially not enjoying old souls games. Literally like 10 of them completely surpassed my expectations and they all feel unique as they do things that really change up the formula.

Plus souls, bloodborne, sekiro and ER are all very different and right now DS3, BB, sekiro, elden ring are imo the best 4 games ever by a massive difference and the next one would probably be Nioh 2 which is a souls like. Out of hundreds of games I’ve played and any other game in my top like 30 is extremely strong
