I don’t follow college ball too much, but since Jimmy has been benched I’ve been keeping tabs on the QBs. I say this with limited knowledge, but I have a weird, strong feeling about Jayden Daniels.

Things haven’t settled. He is 2-2 with 5 games left. Plenty of time for a decision to be made after his performance is reviewed and other candidates are considered. Theses posts can stop at any time now.

Peters still has some ballhawk in him, but he will do everything in his power to not make a tackle or even pretend to look interested in making a tackle. The amount of times he’s just casually thrown an arm in the general direction of a ballcarrier has been infuriating, and obviously, as a firey defensive minded-coach, it would drive AP nuts.

Our sub is a cesspool but I will say, seems like the common consensus is that the fans are bullish on AP. General feeling is that he should be the HC, but needs to find a good OC.

IIRC, he basically lied to Davis and told him they needed to promote Downing to OC because he was a hot name and was going to be poached (he wasn’t, at all) and so they fired Musgrave, a guy that took the last ranked O and turned them into a top 10 unit in just 2 seasons, and replaced him with Downing…and you know how the rest goes.
