The coverage we play in the back 7 is the type of coverage you play when you don’t have a good DLine

Mathematically we can still get the 1 seed if we lose next week but we’re not a serious contender if we don’t respond to this ass kicking with a fat W next week.
If this doesn’t light a fire under their ass then we were probably never a SB team anyway. They better go obliterate the Cowboys next week.
Difference between our D this year and last year is very simple. It’s a scheme designed to protect leads and shines best when QBs are under pressure to pass to get back into the game. We did that a lot last year but now our O isn’t holding up their end of the deal.
Sign Zach Ertz to play LB. Also I think all the turnovers are getting to Jalen’s head. He thinks he’s throwing too many interceptions so he’s hesitant to rip it without hesitation.
AJ and Smitty are two of the best WRs in the league at getting open quickly why does every play take forever to develop?
Playing soft coverages defeats the purpose of having this pass rush. Who cares if we get burned? play risky and throw of timing and the pass rush will take care of the rest
If Slay and Bradberry are gonna get cooked anyway might as well have them play press
Character development loss
Fully convinced if this play doesn’t happen then DJax has a HoF career. He was up for a contract after this season and even held out. It made him not want to run slants and crossers which he was extremely filthy at. I always viewed the early Mahomes Chiefs with Tyreek as Andy finally building the team to run what he couldn’t properly do with us. No reason at all for DJax to not be used the exact same way Tyreek is used except for the fact that he was simply unwilling to do anything in between the numbers unless it was 20+ yards downfield.
Everyone to the right of Trent Williams on the OL and their secondary. Rest of the team is as stacked as it gets.
The top 9 and Stroud, and I’d bump Herbert below Lamar
Shameless being an extremely active user and not flairing up.
I still think we need to see Staley and QJ with a better QB
Raw Room is the easy answer but New Heights is probably the way to go, it’s extremely easy for casual and new fans to get into
18-26 isn’t bad at all considering the roster but I’ve seen blatant misuse of high draft picks who are clearly talented and some boneheaded coaching mistakes
Another reminder why the NFL media and Reddit have no idea what they’re talking about. Out of our last 4 HC hires, Reid, Chip Kelly, Dougy P, and Sirianni, only Chip’s hire was met with praise and the other 3 were considered some of the worst/disappointing hires of the offseason.
As a Pacers fan I agree. Ant’s overall game is more valuable and the only way Hali stays above him is if he maintains 25 and 12 on 50/40/90 AND becomes an average defender, which I think he can cause of his size and basketball IQ but he’s sadly shown no signs of progress in that department.
Honestly Toney looks good in his limited play time after his early season struggles. He should be getting more snaps and Rice shouldn’t come off the field at all.
Offense is capable of carrying the defense, szn isn’t loss
