How do you look up shadow rate?
Call me a hater but this post showed up on my feed so I am going to write my honest thoughts on it, and honestly expecting to get some hate.
I am not a Tiatns fan, so truthfully i am being as unbiased as possible, but I would temper my expectations if I was a Titans fan. OP pointed out the fact that his stats have been mediocre, I wanted to take a moment to highlight the fact that aside from the falcons game his only other 2 td passes in 4 starts has come from 2 garbage time touchdowns down 27-0 vs the jags.
One of the reasons he has failed to score this much is his inconsistency. Yes as OP pointed out he makes some amazing throws but for everything amazing throw there is it always seems like a drive stopper is soon to follow and no points are netted from these highlight worthy passes.
The other thing OP touches on is the things he is doing are not normal for a 24 year old rookie. Thats because you generally dont come across many 24 year old rookie qbs. Recent ones that come to mind that have gotten a shot as starting QB are Kenny pickett and Davis mills. I am not saying he will follow the same path, but generally you don’t see much progress year to year if these guys already have extra years taken up from college.
He could surprise me, just as he did in his first start because I absolutely did not expect a 4 td, 0 int game from his first start. Or he could continue with what we have seen the past 4 starts which is below average completion percentage, not a lot of down field throws resulting in low yardage numbers and overall poor offensive production.
Only time will tell though, I don’t think handing him the keys right away is the wrong decision as that was always the plan, but I would be mindful of some real struggles that he has had.
If they are going to be offended for having to pay a discounted rate for cookies that you can’t give them for free due to fees and resources than that’s their problem.
You tell them how much to pay, how they react is up to them. One thing I have just began learning is I can’t control peoples emotions even if I want them to be ok with something and in my mind I believe there is good reason; the simple fact is not everyone thinks alike. So do what you can but after that it’s their fault if they make a big deal over some cookies.
Crazy clickbait title here lol
And as it seems very intentional that the last name was omitted, seeing as every other post made lists a players full name.
The problem is that people will always find a way to hate.
He could literally have a 16 pt, 2 rebound, 4 assist game on 6/9 fg, 1/3 3 pt, 3/3 ft 1 stl, 1 block and 0 turnovers and people will bash him because he isn’t scoring 25 ppg on elite efficiency.
Also people don’t actually watch the games, they generally just rush to the box score and if its not filled to the brim they call someone trash until their favorite ESPN analyst tells them who is good and who isn’t.
I feel like some kind of paid vacation would be nice, I don’t know maybe like a nice trip to hawaii with flight and boarding covered or something like that?
A lot of problems with gift giving at older ages is people have money, so if they really wanted something they would just buy it. Other than that you could give them something commemorative like a plaque or something, but that wouldn’t quite hit the monetary threshold that is also a pretty important aspect when celebrating a milestone.
A trip or something similar is a nice way to show someone you value you them monetarily and also their commitment to your company by saying ‘hey I see all the hard work you put in, why don’t you take a few extra days off this year’.
Having an AOL email domain in 2023 shows just how loyal you are. I am sure you would be a great employee.
I’m going to try to say this in the kindest way possible. But your plan is possibly the least thought through plan i’ve read today. This is coming from someone who likes to trade sports cards, literal pieces of shiny cardboard.
Of all the odd money making schemes I come across on reddit each day, I think this takes the trophy.
Buying wholesale swords, and going to pawn shops to try to convince them they are getting a deal by hoping the find the price of a certain sword listed on 1-2 specific websites for the already niche group of people that would buy swords.
And on top of that, thinking that you wouldn’t saturate the market in literally 1 go (if you could somehow trick them into buying the first round anyway). You can’t seriously believe people would be buying up those swords from the pawn shops after you sell it so that you can go and sell more to said pawn shops right…?
Dillon Brooks redemption arc is fascinating and could not have been written any better than is currently playing out with the 6-3 Rockets and 2-9 Grizz.
The man took all the criticism and hate and worked on it quietly.
I’ll be the first to admit I thought dude was an absolute clown and absolutely hated the signing as a Rockets fan. But he has taken all the remarks about him not being an efficient scorer and flipped it completely on its head. On the defensive end he is the spark plug that gets the entire team going. If you didn’t watch Rockets basketball last year it was just a bunch of highly skilled offensive players who looked to be a high flying exciting team that put up points, and at times the quickest way to get the ball back was slack on defensive.
The way Dillon locks in on defense each time down the court makes the whole team excel, its a difference you can see in the box score AND on film. He is a big time difference maker and one of the pick ups of the season.
IDK why my brain instantly assumed #4 was carmelo anthony to pj tucker. I guess my brain was trying to register as rockets sub
I am curious, Since much of her content revolves around movie edits, and you are selling HP merch, is it possible that if you become too big, that HP could come after you to cease and desist for copyright infringement.
Maybe that is your whole question of how to pivot off of that in order to monetize, sorry if it was I just wasnt clear if you were looking for how to continue doing the same, or if the whole goal is to leverage what you have built and go in another direction to monetize.
When I spent all off season hyping up Sam Howell to myself and my league mates, then when draft day came I just waited until the last pick to scoop him up In all 3 leagues. He has been serviceable, if not elite in every week except for his 4 int game, and I was able to use those earlier picks on solid bench depth.
He is an ultra competitor with a solid mental, and great arm.
The skills are there, he just needs time and some help up front and play calling. The blocking wasnt stellar, but I think he has gotten a lot of help with the last 2 weeks with the play calling and getting the ball out of his hands quicker.
From a coaching perspective, spectacular, From a talent scouting standpoint, I think he should have gotten help a long time ago.
Reason being, he is constantly drafting these random players past the consensus talent evaluation that not only the general viewing public with little to no organized football experience, but also active NFL GMs and Scouts. I think with the talent of other teams he could still be making the playoffs year after year. But with the departure of Brady they don’t get the proven free agent recruits they used to, and they just don’t draft at the same level as other teams.
^ this is the right answer, I assume paintings turned from a hobby to a business at some point. It may have been fine to tell your friends that you could or could not deliver because they have an established relationship with you, but you can’t put that ambiguity on your paying customers.
