As others said it’s just a portable pc - there is steam os preinstalled, which has a gaming mode (looks alot like steam big picture mode from pc) and a desktop mode.

Many people install windows because of the compatibility, however I’ve found the compatibility layer (proton) works for 99% of games so I’ve stayed with steamos.

I’ve been able to play any game I’ve played on my windows pc by simply copying the installed files to the deck and running the exe via proton.

It’s a good job my porn doesn’t have women in it then!

This is an opinion piece, how can one person make such sweeping claims about an entire generation without even doing any interviews or anything.

It’s a stupid opinion piece too. Ofc the army numbers go down during peacetime… What would be the point of paying for a 500k+ army you aren’t using?

Also I’m pretty sure when most people were drafted for WW1 or WW2 they weren’t happy about it.

Thank you, I will try there, I was trying to install PiVPN since I can connect to the Gogs server on my local network, if I could just get a VPN server running it should work, but of course more issues with that. The cause could well be some config I might have changed and forgotten about, reimaging and starting fresh might be the easiest solution.

Though, I did just upgrade to FTTP - which added a modem or some kind of device between my router and the internet, so maybe there could be some extra config surrounding that I’m just not aware of

To be honest I think the wordpress install handled all that, or maybe wordpress handles it inheritly, I’m not sure. I simply pointed a domain to my static ip and forwarded http/https to the correct LAN ports and it just worked on its’ own.

I probably shouldn’t have mentioned Wordpress, I’m mostly focused on the Gogs server right now, I just added it for more context on the issue

Early access for 10 years, mostly negative reviews, vague blaming of AWS for taking down the game.

They probably just can’t be bothered trying to salvage the game and don’t want to say that.

Hasn’t it always been game trailers with a few awards here and there ( I didn’t watch it this year btw)
