Same, mine does that too. What ever is first on the list of actions is what gets selected. There is no uniformity between apps what is first on the list so it’s kinda hit and miss if it’s what you want. I’m hoping with future updates, maybe a triple tap, will change options

  • I hear you, I’ve been working hard on fitness and losing weight an paying close attention to the data. Now my HRV is toast, resting HR is way off, and all trends are gone. I just got off phone with Apple Support and he did some remote testing and said it is almost sure thing its software problem. He gave me a few things to try to try and isolate the problem, but I’m doubtful. I guess wait until watch OS 10.2 and IOS 17.2 come out in December and hope that fixes things.

  • Have to disagree. Apple watches are the most accurate wrist HR monitors out. They usually run within 2 beats of chest strap. During workouts apple watch takes a measurement every 5 seconds, where as the Polar is every second. Before update they were within 1-2 beats of each other. 15 beats difference is a big deal when closely monitoring HR. It throws your HRV off, resting HR off, zone training off, max HR off, pretty much everything
