Absolutely. It’s the number one complaint from job hunters, they fill out applications and never hear anything. I get 2-3 resumes a week and I personally respond to each one. One of them brought me a six figure contract through an introduction. I ended up still not hiring that person, but we are still in contact.

Not the case at all in my experience. I’ve emailed support with questions before buying and they’ve provided specifics on hardware models and part numbers.

About moving to Arch, I have a Mira on order and I’m strongly considering not using Pop for very long after playing it in a VM for a week or so. I don’t care for the “bubble gum” look and feel, and this will be my work machine so I’m looking elsewhere.

I don’t think Arch would be good for a work machine, although I enjoy using Arch on my personal gear.

Was it something about Pop that made you switch?
