The local police have announced that they are conducting an “inquiry”, but that’s just now happening. The girl never filed a police report when this happened, so she apparently didn’t think it was a crime. (She certainly didn’t look upset about the situation in the pictures or video!)

He isn’t being charged with anything. Also, the event happened over a year ago and the “evidence” is a few Tweets, so it doesn’t seem likely that he will be.

And based on the scant “evidence” everyone has seen, that’s exactly what it seems like happened. The girl lied, Josh got tricked, there’s no court case or police report, and as soon as Josh found out the truth he told the Thunder (apparently over a year ago), and that’s it.

In Presti we trust, remember? Josh wouldn’t be on the team right now if this was actually a problem.
