I’m using my old netbook as Pi-hole and some home server stuff. Does its job.

Depends on what you need actually. I was doing fine with urxvt on Xorg, so foot is a perfect alternative for me on Wayland.
Jevons didn’t know that autonomous vehicles can work like a hive mind, today it’s possible.
It doesn’t use Visual Basic for its macros so I wouldn’t expect a complex compatibility. To be fair Excel macros is usually a problem outside of MS Office.
It’s nice to see more countries making chips.
It’s not open source but probably has the best compatibility. You can give it a shot.

Needs an account after one week though.
I hate those obnoxious Youtube thumbnails.
Unless you want to feel like Cypher from Matrix, there is no turning back. Jokes aside, if your computer is pre-built or a laptop, it probably already has Windows key saved in BIOS. Though you must install the same version of Windows when you got it the first time. However, there is another way. With a program called Magical Jelly Bean KeyFinder, you can extract your installation’s keys (yes, not just the Windows key), and you can use those keys to install Windows later. It’s better anyway because sometimes they don’t give you a key.
You can debloat your PC after the installation with certain tools.
That makes sense. Maybe I’m just old but they are called as programs since punched cards, as well as on Unix, Linux, Windows (until recently apparently).
Not exactly sure but I think the term “application >> apps” started with mobile phones. So, to me they are different. At least that evokes this meaning in my mind. It seems not with younger people though.
Because you asked about “apps”, people are replying with mobile apps. I think you wanted to write “programs” considering the community. Maybe you should edit this
Hahaha, this article mainly sucks.
If you are an experienced Linux user, just skip the Manjaro part. Either directly go for Arch or at least install something like EndeavourOS.
If you have LightDM as your display manager, try some other display managers.
Yeah, I don’t understand that either. It can be used for something like Electron to run web-like programs but no one does that too.
Never used Epiphany as my main browser but it’s nice to have it around as an another open-source browser project. Gotta check that feature.
Yeah it’s kinda laggy but does its job. I guess that was the reason why did they remove it from Firefox, it was slowing things down.
Closest thing to that feature is this add-on:

I still use this one:
Gentoo used to have a live CD with almost every DE / WM in it. Not sure if it’s still around though.
While this is true for my another older netbook (40 W), my netbook’s power consumption for running Pi-hole is ~15 W. I think it’s acceptable for such operation. 5 W is tempting though.
