I’m hardly a scout, but he passes the eye test for me. Really good anticipation on his throws, leading guys really well. Oregon has the most yards after the catch of any team in college and his throws are a big part.

He can run a little, had a nice 15 yard TD today on a design run. Though he runs, he looks to pass first. Leads the NCAA in completion percentage and yards currently I believe. Today what stood out was throwing on the run. Guy would go unblocked and he would roll out and throw absolute dimes, including across his body

Be interesting since I imagine Williams, Maye, McCarthy, Penix, and possibly Jayden Daniels will all be in the mix as well. Gonna be a QB heavy first round most likely

I’ve wondered this too. Theoretically the QB adds unpredictability because you might throw, but everyone knows you’re not. Just put Mattison or someone there (also make sure you practice with that person taking snaps)
