IF they can upgrade fouls to flagrant based on replay reviews they also need the ability to downgrade fouls or supplement common fouls with flops on replay review, when reviewed for some other reason. I’m not saying review for a flop on no other basis, but if you’re looking at the replay because of a challenge or otherwise, use it to evaluate the same play on all it’s merits in the context of a foul.
