If Pierce gets the job, I could see them bringing back Graham. He, like the entire team, seems to be a lot better without McDaniels around interesting to see the change. My guess is they would go with an experienced OC. Perhaps the now former Carolina coach.

Mobility helps, but the o-line is the weakest unit on the team. I think it’s the number one reason for the offensive struggles. I think all QBs would struggle with the Raiders current line.

He was less than average in the SEC and now he’s a grown man playing his 5th or 6th year of college football against weak PAC 12 defenses. The Raiders should pass.

I think it’s all dependent on who the coach and GM are. A new regime will probably want to bring in their own guy at QB.
