I’m with you on this.

Friends are asking “but what about how angry they’re going to be after a loss?”. A loss at their own home will be all the sweeter in my opinion.

We’ve only had our current coaching line-up combination for two games. One of which was a win, the other was almost a win and a reasonably solid performance to a point. You can’t build a winning culture on two games.

If you count the season as “done”, every thing we do is a learning opportunity. And doing a “spill & fill” on the coaches at this stage would be the equivalent to throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

There’s only so much you can do to maximise your chances of winning the last game of the season. There’s two teams in the field. At least 50% of the potentially contributing factors are out of your hands.
