So I solved this. Seems that there was a hose partially disconnected running under the back of the manifold.
Quick fix and idle learn and it’s all good.

I always just use a 16" pry bar and a mallet. The leverage pops em right out.
Swap it with another one if my quick check. He really there are a few of the same kind in the fuse box.
4 broken wheel studs and 1 about to break.

Looks the same as my '17 Durango RT inside except for a swapped shift knob.
