The text above says it all but this season Killian has been averaging .8 turnovers compared to Cade’s 4.9 (Jesus Christ) and Ivey’s 2.2 (on less minutes). He knows how to take care of the ball. I fuckin hate Killian starting over Ivey, but at the same time, he knows how to make sure the ball doesn’t get into the opponent’s hands on an offensive motion.

    THANK YOU!

I’m not high on Killian either but he is great with the ball.

Jaden Ivey threw it away 6 times yesterday.

I’m still thinking Ivey should start but his turnovers vs Cleveland got bad. Everyone was losing everything in 4Q

Jaden Ivey also made a minimum of three plays that Hayes literally cannot make. All resulted in points.

Three different drives, using both hands, finishing or drawing fouls with either hand.

That’s 6 points that Hayes is incapable of making. They’d have never existed if Hayes had been in. And that’s in a bad game.

The biggest problems with Hayes aren’t what you see or count. It’s everything that Hayes can’t do and doesn’t even try to do.

You’re really comparing 6 points to 6 turnovers and god knows how many points allowed on defense? The comparison creates a negative +/- on the stat sheet no matter how you calculate it.

+/- from last night against the Cavs:

        Knox + 15 Ivey -10

One is a two-way contract in the starting lineup, the other is a lottery pick who can’t play defense and threw the ball away 6 times.
