Ok, it’s pretty clear invulnerability abilities are awful for the health of the game. I see posts about people complaining about immortality field and Suzu but no one offers any suggestions on how these abilities would be reworked. Or should they be removed entirely? I think they should be changed into damage resistance abilities instead. But how would you rework these abilities?
Not sure about bap but Kiri’s is very simple. Suzu grants an invulnerability that lasts too long, make the invulnerability window considerably shorter; this would make timing more crucial, raise the skill floor a bit, and make it not a “fuck you none of your damage matters” button. It would still cleanse, she would still be meta. Maybe make baps lamp more fragile? Reduce the time it’s up for? Idk
