Starting a weight loss journey and found a fun way to incorporate the game tomorrow into my weekly workout. It will start immediately after the game tomorrow and I will need to complete the goals before the game next week.

Steelers average 16.6 points/game and 280 yards/game, which honestly isn’t too bad for a whole week of working out, but will push me to stay consistent and give me a goal to work towards.

Downside is if Steelers drop 50 points and 500 yards of offense on the Bengals tomorrow I may not survive to do this again next week…but I’m willing to sacrifice myself for the good of the group.

    It’s definitely a combination of nutrition and exercise for me, I’ve been slacking in both. I’ll probably start intermittent fasting and limiting bad calories like the ones you mentioned. Drink more water. I’m not Obese but I’m not close to where I want to be right now. Appreciate the input!
