Lillia ult requires her to have passive stacks on the enemy. But Sylas steals the ult, not the passive.

So by this logic Sylas shouldn’t be able to use Lillia’s ult. For those who don’t know, once he steals the ult he also applies her passive.

Here is the official wording
ACTIVE: Lillia casts a magical lullaby over all enemy 📷 champions affected by 📷 Dream Dust, which arrives after 0.3 seconds and renders them 📷 drowsy for 1.5 seconds, 📷 slowing them by 10%. After the duration, they fall 📷 asleep for a duration.

I don’t know why they give one of the most popular edgelord champs the benefit of the doubt here. What would be fair (if it wasnt for a 200 years champ) that he is just unable to use the ult. You didn’t have the gameknowledge that you need passive stacks for the ult? Get punished by not having an ult at all after stealing the one from Lillia.

Changes like these would highlight a champs strength/ weaknesses more instead of being a generalist that can be picked in nearly every game. But I’m sure he was allowed to do this because he is a money maker champ for the company, which sucks. If it was Amumu, he wouldn’t be given the benefit of the doubt in this case.

I meant it as that youd expect to stun people when you use Kennen R, I just used it as an example of an R that does something when used by Sylas that isnt technically part of the R.
