I meant it as that youd expect to stun people when you use Kennen R, I just used it as an example of an R that does something when used by Sylas that isnt technically part of the R.

Thats because Sylas ult doesnt literally use the ult, the Devs basically said that if you steal an R as Sylas what would you expect to happen? And being able to actually use the R in the first place is something Id expect. This can be extended to other ults aswell, like Kennen R stunning or Fiora R vitals or Kaisa Passive stacks for R. While Lillia R states that targets need to be affected by her Passive it effectively boils down to the fact the target needs to be hit by a spell within the last 3 (or 4?) Seconds.

Area around Mid T1 is way more open and the Jungle entrances on the south west/north east now force you to move through the Tower, walls adjusted to fit this.

Yuumi has what seems like new potions and no supp Item, she later also has the skillpoint pot in her inventory, possible Klepto return? (She has spellbook as Keystone though)
Nocturne has a weird looking Item in his inventory at one point and it seems to build into Axiom Arc, Icon seems Placeholder like.
Kaisa has a new Item at one point
Ludens cd is noticeably lower and has some sort of stacking mechanic.

Completed Items that seem to stay around: Ludens, Liandries, Mejais, Shadowflame, Cleaver, Ghostblade, Eclipse, Axiom Arc, Nashors, Stormrazor, Navori, Imperial Mandate, Shurelyas, Triforce, Ravenous, Chempunk chainsword, Rocketbelt, Voidstaff (Now builds from Needlessly?), Rageblade, Kraken, Staff of flowing water.

Sion Jungle is really funny because he actually gets more W stacks than in lanes (Krugs are really broken for that), his ganks post 6 are also really strong.

Theres a shit ton of melee tops that are viable mid as long as youre playing against another melee, Rumble and Renekton are some of the less off meta ones but almost any melee fighter can work.

This is why we cant have nice things

Picture book example why Devs rarely interact with their playerbase beyond larger scale blogposts and announcements, not every player is happy with the direction the game takes and if of these players only a small group is mentally deranged enough they will harrass the person they deem responsible, most of the time the person who interacts with the community.

Not to mention League has an increadibly toxic playerbase as is, any Rioter should expect shit being thrown their way if they choose to openly communicate with the community, doesnt even matter if theyre not part of a team that isnt responsible for whatever change they didnt like.

Its a sad reality, I hope Phreak doesnt let this effect him personally.
