Licht is not on the hot seat. He’s going to pick the next HC unless Bowles somehow wins out plus wins a playoff game. If that new HC fails, then he’ll go with him. I don’t love Licht’s draft strategy, but he’s found more than enough talent through the draft to keep his seat cool. Coaching will be where he loses or keeps his job.
