This rumor started by Stephen Holder needs to die a swift death. It’s gotten so out of hand people now believe it as fact without questioning it.
They’ll believe whatever evidence helps them support the facts they wish to be true.
exactly like the post in /r/nfl yesterday about Tepper saying they originally were going to trade for the 2nd pick which would have landed them Stroud. Most of the people in that thread took it as “see, they always wanted Stroud!”
I heard there was a three team deal. I think between the panthers, bears and texans iirc. And it fell thru last minute. I wonder if texans were going to go to 1st, panthers 2nd. But then Texans made another deal and got Stroud AND Anderson.
