I liked hearing the part about embracing pounding the rock, but I absolutely loved the part where Wemby talks about relationships with opponents even more.

I watched Wemby’s post-game interview on the Spurs YT channel, and a bit after the 5 min mark, Wemby says that he doesn’t really “allow himself to entertain relationships with players that he will have to play against and fight against.”

This kid has that killer instinct in him that you only see in players like MJ, Kobe, etc. I’m beyond stoked to see where Wemby takes this team in the future.
