    complaint: how can giving myself 2 days of rest feel so long?

    uncomplaint: more tech nerdery but it’s so satisfying seeing “Productive” on my watch

    confession: i didn’t have a chocolate milk after my long run

      Did you have to have just have regular milk instead? It’s always disappointing to find the bottle of chocolate syrup empty.
