If the Thunder want to win games they need to:

  1. Find a BIG that can bang in the paint and still play ball the way the Thunder want to play and

  2. Cut Giddey’s minutes drastically.

    The Thunder want to win… championships. You do that by being patient. Do you think Presti could have done what the Rockets did last summer and spend a bunch on vets to inflate their wins this season? Of course. But that’s not how you create sustained success.

    You also need to accept the fact Chet is the center of the future. Presti won’t be trading for a traditional big. But, there’s every chance he’s looking for a 4 with some size to play beside Chet.
