Doubtful because Raya only came about due to Turner being sold. I imagine that the plans at the time where to keep both Ramsdale and Turner but then Forest ended up offering us a decent fee for Matt so we took the opportunity and were able to strike a deal with Brentford.
Just worked out timing wise more than anything
