I mean, Tyler is clearly a very skilled and talented player and as an individual talent prob the 3d best guy on the team - though I noticed the team generally has better flow without him on the court. Is it just a coincidence? Or does his style not compliment the team?

Its a conflicting topic to talk about cause Herro is unquestionably a really skilled and talented player. Excellent scorer, okay playmaker and defensively, while he isn’t good, he isn’t horrible. Though I do wonder if he’s worth moving (not for Zach Lavine, who’s a slightly better scorer but probably worse in every other aspect of the game)
