If the goal of the ping changes is to make communication as good as posable without adding too much toxicity, then why not allow for pinging enemy HP percentage?

Obviously it would have to show last known HP so you wouldn’t have perfect information, but seems like you have the best of both worlds. You get the ability to signal that someone is in Karthus ult range, while keeping the restrictions on pinging teammates.

    U mean u would have to click on the enemy so their hud pops up in top left and then alt click that tiny health bar?

    Sounds like more work
