Feels like it’s been that way for quite some time. Feels like Lue and the FO are super disconnected and Lue makes rotations to either prove a point or just accommodate the FO.
Whenever he leaves, you know there are gonna be tons of remarks on this shit when the truth starts to come out.
Ty’s ego has been getting in the way of winning the last couple years. It seems like he subconsciously wants the players he “dawg houses” to fail because if he gives them a chance to succeed, it means acknowledging he was wrong. Playing RoCo last season or playing Kobe and Bones this season — and risking them playing well — means he fucked up.
100%, I’ve seen signs of both blaming the other… Ty during press conference complaining about a lack of a big and watching the pregame commentators talk about how good ime udoka is, granted very warranted but I feel like I don’t hear them often talk too much about the other team’s coach, maybe just briefly mention him.
I have a feeling there is some stuff we dont know behind the scene but basically it is ty lue vs front office
