Lamelo and Brunson are tied for scoring but LaMelo gets decent amount of assists more, more rebounds, better from the field and the line.

Brunson is probably PG11 and not that much better than Jamal Murray or Kyrie.

Slightly better than Harden on his good nights or Healthy Garland. Argument could be he’s 13-15th best PG making him just better than average.

Seems like Brunson is close to average maybe a little better than average

YET when I saw Brunson is an average PG or slightly above average people in this sub want to murder you for it.

    Outside of OPs top 3, it’s a big cluster of guys 4-12.

    While JB is not 4-5, he is closer to 4-5 than he is to 15-16. It’s a large bucket of guys ranging from solidly above average to low level all star / low end all-NBA.

    JB ain’t an average PG, he’s solidly above average.

    I think that this just shows how many amazing pgs there are in the league. Brunson shouldn’t be bumped down to average just because there’s a bundle of excellence at the same time.
