I’m not particularly worried about the Vikings offense. They’re good and have good skill players, but I think the defense can manage them.
I am, however, very worried about their defense. They’re like top 5 in every category and we’ve been struggling badly against good defenses. Danielle Hunter is gonna be in Russ’s face all day so I hope Payton schemed up some quick plays and we can get the running game working to keep their defense honest
Everyone recall how Russ got to the line quick during the Buffalo and proceeded to check at the line almost every play. I have a feeling we will be seeing that consistently as the offense has been picking up it’s pace and has a better understanding of the play calls and scheme.
Wilson will do this going forward , especially at home with no crowd noise , in order to see what the defense plans on doing before the play. This will allow us into getting the correct checks at the line and audibling into the best play call.
