It’s kinda hard on nights like these to be hopeful but here’s some things to look forward to in the possible near future:
Scoot and Ant returning before Christmas
Maybe some possible trade rumors for Brogdon once he returns and gets some good games in?
Workin on that good placement for tankathon even if next years draft prospects don’t look as great
Continued Shae Jabari and Toumani growth

Rupert looked pretty good in his run tonight. He’s raw as hell, probably wont earn real minutes for a year or two, but you can instantly see the potential especially when he’s D’ing up.
I was at .250 going into this thing, so a 3 way tie for last in the West at .231, 13 games in, is… Fine?
I’m not panicking that POR might not get to my “expected” 20.5 wins. I’m not panicking that POR might not end up with the worst record / absolute guaranteed top draft odds in the league. :)
I’m hopeful that Simons’ return will help stabilize the roster a bit, as will Brogdon’s. Mays has done a bang-up job, but he’s routinely outmatched, especially without the outside shot.
I’m also hopeful the Blazers will bring Scoot off the bench, allowing him to build confidence against second units until he’s ready to start. It’ll also allow the Blazers a better chance of winning, which is good for his development to see and be a part of.
