With starters listed first, and main bench guys listed second, I’d love to see the following lineup as (on paper) it offers the best blend of dynamic offense, shot making, and rebounding in the starting lineup, while ensuring the bench has veteran stability, bucket getters, ball movement, and some semblance of defense/rebounding.
PG: Ivey | Morris
SG: Cade | Burks
SF: Thompson | Livers (maybe)
PF: Bogi | Stew
C: Duren | Bagley
11th and 12th men would depend on match-ups or other factors. Sasser if we want to go small with 3-guard lineups, and probably Knox as the lineup would need an extra wing for 3 or 4 in case of foul trouble with Thompson, Bogi, Stew, or if Livers isn’t that guy for our backup 3.
------------------------------------
But that’s me. What does everyone else think or want to see?
Ivey isnt a pg though
Agree, I think I’d go Sasser over Burks and move Burks
I think that’s perfect.
But between Monty’s weird lineup choices and injury woes I’m not sure we’ll ever see that,
PG: Cade / Ivey / Morris
SG: Ivey / Sasser / Burks
SF: Ausar / Burks / Livers
PF: Bojan / Ausar / Livers
C: Duren / Bagley / Stew
Cade/Sasser
Ivey/Burks
Ausar/Livers or Knox
Bogey/Bagley
Duren/Stew
cade duren ausar and bojan should start every game
the last spot is between sasser and ivey and i think it’s matchup dependent
I may get down voted but I like the starting lineup as Cade/Ivey/Ausar/Stewart/Duren that lineup plays smothering defense and then leave Cade and Ivey to initiate the offense and play off each other with Duren as the lob threat this lineups defense would stop the other teams from getting into a flow of there offense but this lineup also relies heavily on if Stewart can keep progressing as a shooter
