You can’t really fix dead pixels, if it doesn’t bother you keep it, and if it does, the only thing you can do is have it replaced

A couple of dead pixels on a 4K OLED TV are normal and expected, but on a handheld device you hold so close to your face at a lower resolution, I think 1 dead pixel is too much.

Mine arrives tomorrow and I dread noticing a dead pixel. I’m not going to look for it, but if I see one while using it normally I’ll RMA.

Put a screen protector over it, or something to protect the screen with then rub the spot really fast with a microfiber cloth, the pressure and heat produced might turn the pixel back on. It worked for a couple of my dead pixels, but I’m not sure if it’ll work on an oled, tbh.

My steam deck OLED worked for an hour then went DEAD DEAD? Like the little light won’t turn on when plugged in. Nothing. I was playing subnautica(FOR 20 mins) when it just stopped.
