I know it’s early but after just two seasons, our team looks better than ever. And that’s the second time in exactly 10 years that Tim builds a contender out of a stagnant medium market team. Minny was arguably a much tougher assignment for obvious reasons…
Is Tim really just that good?
The guy everyone called crazy might turn out to be a genius. I want to wait for the playoffs though and want to see more matchups especially the Sixers, Bucks, Nuggets in Denver, OKC, and Phoenix when rested. Theoretically the team he’s constructed does seem like a bad matchup for many teams and we can see the vision. I need to see it to truly believe it though.
But it is interesting that Bill Simmons talked about feeling like the league is reverting to big men and old school ball. It’s happening. Zagging might work.
Call me crazy, but did tim connely ended the small ball era? Like i havent seen small ball dominant team as before or players are just taler and more athletic now
