I remember talking to my sister when potential HCs were being interviewed and we were comparing Sean Payton and Demeco. Looking at how our season compared to the Broncos season is going I feel like we got so lucky.
Obviously getting CJ has been a game changer for our organization but it all starts that HC. I’m hoping we can get them both on long contracts.

DeMeco and Payton were my top two choices for replacing Lovie. Either would end the clown show reputation and provide instant respectability for the team.
Obviously DeMeco has proven a home run hire, but Payton hasn’t been too bad recently, the Broncos have quietly peeled off several quality wins in a row.
Same here. I was pro Payton and my sister was pro Demeco. I’m so happy my choice didn’t work haha
DeMeco was definitely my second choice but it was close between him and Steichen. He’s done such an excellent job this season with the organization as a whole and the defense.
My only concern is what happens when Slowik gets hired away but we’ll cross that bridge when we get there
Yeah I agree. It’s been cool to watch Slowik do his thing with CJ. I wish we could keep our current staff and just develop the talent for a couple years.
