DeMeco and Payton were my top two choices for replacing Lovie. Either would end the clown show reputation and provide instant respectability for the team.
Obviously DeMeco has proven a home run hire, but Payton hasn’t been too bad recently, the Broncos have quietly peeled off several quality wins in a row.
Possible trap game, but the Cardinals are seriously devoid of talent across the board. On paper Stroud should continue to do his usual cooking.
49ers Texas has a lot more promise than Patriots South
Up by 10 against the defending champs, the rebuild might be over a lot sooner than later
Tari as a 3point shooter could be game changing
Decent mentor for Stroud and arguably a better backup than Mills
What desperation to upgrade at QB at all costs does to a mf
I think yesterday showed that Slowik is still a rookie OC and he’s going to make some boneheaded decisions this season. Growing pains and all.
Stone needs to be fired if this is another year of no playoffs. He can cry about the ping pong balls not being in his favor all he wants irt missing out on Cade/Banchero/Wemby, but if you’re the GM for 3+ years and the team you’re responsible for building is still the NBA’s doormat, that’s a sign major change is needed.
Chase Young would be good for the right price
Was going to say something similar. We’ve got at least three superstars playing for our in division rivals, four of Zion ever stops being an injury bug.
At least one of the kids needs to take that next step or the Rockets will be like the 2010s Kings for a long, long time.
Sengun’s been passing the eye test tonight. Bari… not so much
Yep. Green is nowhere near the second coming of Kobe like he was hyped as for years, and of Sengun doesn’t turn into skinny Jokic this season, it’s gonna get ugly with the fanbase.
All the Green and Amen apologists very quiet tonight…
I think he spends at least one more year here before taking a HC offer elsewhere. He’s a first year OC and it shows with various mistakes made in some of the games played so far - his resume will look a lot better with two years of Stroud balling out under his belt, to prove this year wasn’t a fluke.
