    Honestly, I’m not bothered. Guy is a world class false 9 and every single thing he does other than finishing is consistently top class.

    People in 5/10 years time will do what they usually do with strikers and say “oh look at his goalscoring…”, but just watch him and there’s no way that argument stands up.

    It’s the same thing that I’m seeing now with people like Drogba and Bergkamp. Just lazy.

    It was nice of Brazil to give him some game time to get back to match fitness since he’s been injured.

    Seriously, he’s missed 5 games injured for us and Brazil still named him in the squad and played him for 90 minutes against the reigning world champions.

    I know that the current crop of Brazil strikers are a bit shit, hence Richarlison being a regular starter. But to play someone who’s not quite fit rather than someone else piss poor management.

    Drogba got 20 plus PL goals just twice in his career. That’s my point, people look at stats like that and use it to engage what these players were

    To be fair - he’s right. I mean we all know it. That said he does a lot of other things exceptionally well.

    If we could get say an extra 5-10 goals out of Jesus, that would help a lot
