I’ve had that and I never really got over it for 6 months with the first few months being very unbearable. The pain builds up after running for awhile and i’m sure its effecting his defence and shooting to some degree.
He has to still have it right? Only out for like a week isn’t long enough for it to heal, correct?
Would not be surprised if Trent is pushing through this but obviously i’m not one of the team’s doctors nor Trent so…can only speculate
I’ve had it a few times. It sucks. Its changed my thinking about Trent’s recent play. It gets in your head and limits you physically. Tough to shake it, especially, if you don’t get rest. Jack has had it and talked about it in the past. It has afflicted many raps, all the way back to raps legend, zan Tabak. One thing, in my experience, is that I’ve gotten it when I increased my activity level greatly. Like, inactive to active, or, upped the intensity to push my limits. Makes me wonder about Gary’s offseason training. I know he trains on a beach. I also wonder if he’s not pushing himself enough bc I don’t feel he has grown much in his time as a rap. I’m guessing he’s going to be stuck with sore feet for awhile, tho.
So what type of treatment and medication will Raptor Crew prescribe Gary
RICE, Physical therapy, nsaids with ppi for gi protection
