Im just confuse as a non-native english speaker because growing up and familiarizing myself with the Greek Mythology, it was always pronounced as /zoos/ but casters pronounce it as /zey-yus/. So im wondering how should the greek/top-lane god’s name be pronounced?
Was that literally not the reason? and my bad the spelling was Zzus. KT Support player. And why would i say nothing when i literally watched it live about the casters talking about how to prounce this Zzus name and T1 Zeus.
The correct reason for the pronunciation is, because he wants it to be pronounced the korean way, which is “Je-woos” which is the reverse of his real name “Woo-je”. This is the real and true reason.
The other reason you mentioned is merely a by-product that makes the life of the casters easier.
