Someone on FB said it went from docsis3.1 to 3.0. the down light is supposed to be blue. Randomly moving the modem a certain way I can get it blue but only a few seconds. It’s also making my speeds almost dial up speeds. Is there a way to fix it?

My ISP did tell me today that there was an outage and that they are working quickly to “fix” it but if they aren’t in the area “fixing” it where would they be fixing it?

If you move it and it changes behaviour, that’s some sort of bad mechanical contact. Cabling, socket.

We used to have a modem like that. Our upload was green but the download was blue. It’s just if they offer 3.1 in ur area that supports it. If not will be green. Will still work like normal. What Xfinity told me.
