I saw this question on Youube as one of those poll questions, and it was vastly in Kyrie’s favour, however, comments were saying that there’s no issue with taking Dame. The turning point is the 2016 NBA Championship Kyrie has.

What does r/nba think?

I would hate having the severe brain damage, but if I were an NBA player, I’d easily take World B. Flat’s career over Dame’s.

And, without the severe brain damage, I probably would have stayed in Cleveland and won another title or two or three.

It’s Dame by a pretty wide margin. Individually and in the regular season for sure. Kyrie’s only argument is Playoff success and that’s not as wide of a margin as it looks. Kyrie has the shot but it’s not like Dame hasn’t had clutch playoff moments as well and he wasn’t playing with Prime LeBron. Dame has the black mark on his playoff resume in the 2018 series vs the Pelicans. Kyrie has an equally bad series against Milwaukee in 2019. Kyrie in the last 6 years has won two Playoff series, one of which he was arguably the third option in. Dame had more Playoff success with CJ and Nurkic than Kyrie has had with KD, Luka, Harden, and a great Boston team that’s a perennial contender without him.
