And I’m not a Zappe apologist, he was god awful too, but Mac needs to be released. He is not the answer and he shouldn’t be next season even if we draft a rookie QB. Besides his INTs, which were awful, so many of his throws were atrocious. It’s time to move on.

      Yes, he lofted multiple 2-4 yards passes that went incomplete that should’ve just been lasered to the open WR. If he can’t complete basic out routes he’s not the answer. I’ve given him every chance I could but this was the first time I saw him live since his rookie season. He’s terrible.

      I’m honestly saying a little prayer at church now to sign Brissett in the off-season for him to mentor whomever we end up drafting.
