Monty has cost this team at least 3 close games by leaving our guys out there and not calling timeouts when the other team is going on runs/we have a scoring drought.
Not saying we would’ve won those games if he had used the timeouts, but we certainly lost them because he didn’t use them.
The team is too young to be acting like they can figure shit out on their own in crunch time.
Monty in the 4th is like me driving home from work on a Thursday. I just kind of zone out and arrive at home and don’t recall anything from the commute.

Agreed. Is it not suspicious that under Weaver, 2 COTY has been hired, and both are all of a sudden “frauds”? Is it just me, or does anybody believe weaver might have his hand in the rotations? He is essentially their “boss”, so they don’t have any choice but to listen to him.
