Offense or Defensive coach. They are two of the most consistent franchises other that New England of the past 10 years.

This is my vote for Ian Cunningham or Adam Peters. Wouldn’t be upset at Weedle or Teasley

I know it’s been one game, and his stop in Carolina wasn’t great but I still think Joe Brady is a stud and it’s someone I would look to.

They are consistent due to ownership GMing and coaching all being on the same page

If u look at Harbaugh and Tomlins coaching trees u will see a bunch of nothings, the only successful Harbaugh coaching tree prospect is Rex Ryan, with his other names (Hugh Jackson, Chuck Pagano, Vic Fangio, David Cully)

Tomlin only had Bruce Arians which is mildly hard too 100% give him credit for due to him already being a coach before Tomlin was even in Kindergarten

Yeah I wouldn’t go for a HC from there, but Weidl would be a good option for GM

This is a case of good ownership hiring a GM and coach who all share the same vision. They will squabble but the way they want to build their team… foundational is on the same page. They know the type of players they want to build their team. Seems like strong linebacker play / defense / run game has been their go to. They play up north where it’s windy and cold. So they build their teams to win in November and beyond… once the weather turns.

I wish we could do something similar… I wonder if it’s the scheme of having 3-4 think allowing more speed on the field. Gotta have those pass rushing Edge players tho. The 4-3 the jets and miners (chiefs?) do well but we really struggle with it.
